DOCTOR OF DIVINITY IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The Doctorate of Divinity in Change Management is based on the European model, where there is no doctorate courses, only the dissertation. The DDivChM is a full-time dissertation study, where there is continual interaction between the university and the student.

In order to achieve this degree, the student will need to present his/her own research on the subject, and the research questions, hypotheses, and research methodology will have to be approved by the university. The dissertation is defended online.

The theme for the dissertation will have to be related to a religious setting, as well as theories of change management. The overarching purpose of the dissertation will be to establish conclusions that, in some manner, will facilitate and improve current practices or theories related to change management practiced in religious institutions, or in a religious context.
